Workspace Inboxes let you and your client email Tasks and Notes directly to their Adminja Workspace.

But emails with the domain That's not really easy to remember, and it might create trust issues with your client. Wouldn't it be great if you could use email addresses in your own domain for sending things to Adminja?

Well the good news is, if you can create email aliases for your domain, you can probably set it up in under 5 minutes!

The steps will differ from provider to provider, but should be straightforward for anyone who has their email hosted on a custom domain:

  1. Claim custom Workspace Inboxes for your Adminja Workspaces and test them to make sure they are working as you expect.
  2. Login to your email domain manager and create email aliases for each workspace.
    Each alias should be setup to forward mail it receives to a specific Workspace Inbox.
  3. Send a test email to each of these new email aliases to make sure that Emails sent to them get properly forwarded to and processed by Adminja.
  4. Share the new email address with your client and they'll never know that Adminja is acting as your middleman!
