We've placed a few of the more common actions in an easy-to-access menu in the lower right corner that's ALWAYS available all of the time in Adminja: The Shortcut Menu.
From here you can quickly add a new task, save a bookmark, setup a new workspace, or capture some time logged without losing your place.
