To offer as much flexibility as possible, Adminja keeps your client billing on track with Client Packages. Client Packages define the various services you offer to your clients and track the hours and charges that apply to each package. 

Each client can have any number of active packages running simultaneously and the Dashboard will always keep you appraised of their status.


Adminja currently supports 5 types of client packages:

 

Auto-Renewing Packages
Many of the package types available automatically renew on a schedule that you set. 

You can stop or re-start packages at any time.

 

Package Types

Renewable Hourly
For services that incur fees based on an hourly rate.

Hourly packages have a default rate, and you can add as many time categories using different rates as needed.

Hourly packages automatically renew on the schedule of your choosing, and client fees accrue based on an hourly rate as time is logged. 

You can choose to be notified if a certain number of hours are logged.

Renewable Retainer
For services that charge a set fee for a specific # of hours.

These packages automatically renew on the schedule of your choosing. The service fee is applied when the package starts and additional charges may be made or modified at any time. 

You can choose to be notified when the balance falls to a certain % and you can automatically deduct overages from upcoming renewals.

 

Renewable Balance
For services that charge a set fee for a specific # of hours and renew automatically when their hourly budget is depleted.

Like Renewable Retainers, you can choose to be notified when the balance falls to a certain % and you can automatically deduct overages from upcoming renewals.

Fixed Fee
For services that charge a set fee yet do not have a hard budget of hours.

Fixed Fee services have an end date and do not automatically renew. 

Refillable Balance

For "debit" based billing where your client purchases a specific # of hours. The client can purchase additional hours at any time from a series of options that you define.
