The first step at setting up your Leadboard is defining your personal sales process and the stages a Lead will pass through as they make their way from initial contact to becoming a client.

 

When you first enabled your Leadboard, we setup some default stages for you. 

 

You can easily rearrange, edit and delete the default stages. 

And you can add your own by clicking "+add".

 

The lead stages you define here will create the lead card lists you'll be using on your Leadboard to manage the sales process.
