Triggers are events that happen in Adminja which trigger Zapier to perform an action. Triggers only apply to events that happen in your Adminja account.

Triggers when a new task is created.

Completed Task

Triggers when a Task is completed.

New Time Entry

Triggers when a new Time Entry is logged.

New Lead

Triggers when a new Lead is added to your Leadboard.

New Invoice

Triggers when a new Invoice is created.

New Payment

Triggers when a new Payment is posted.

New Workspace

Triggers when a new Workspace is added to your Adminja account.


Trigger Fields

Each trigger returns a number of fields containing the data for the object being returned (Task, Time Entry, Lead, etc.) The information in these fields can then be passed on to Action steps in other applications that you have connected to Zapier.
