Actions are things that Adminja can do when triggered by other applications in Zapier. Actions can only be taken on Workspaces that belong to your Adminja account. 

Adminja Actions in Zapier

Create a New Task

Takes information passed from another application and creates a new Task in Adminja.

Log a Time Entry

Takes information passed from another application to log a new Time Entry in Adminja.

Log an Invoice Payment

Takes information passed from another application to log an invoice payment in Adminja.

Create a New Lead

Takes information passed from another application to create a new Lead in Adminja. 

Send a Notification

Takes information passed from another application to send an Adminja notification to yourself or another member of your team.

Action Fields

Each action requires a number of fields to be completed.

For each field you may manually complete it OR populate it with data from previous steps in your Zap (data that has been  populated by other application triggers.)
